Privacy Policy — Who Let The Dogs Out

Effective 10 July 2026 · Kintsugi Group GmbH, Weidstrasse 13, 6300 Zug, Switzerland (UID CHE-363.909.018)

Who Let The Dogs Out is a casual mobile game. It has no accounts, no login, and collects no name, email address, or contact details. Your game progress is stored only on your device.

What the game processes

Leaderboards. When you complete a level, the game submits your completion time, the level number, the dog name you typed, and a randomly generated device identifier (not linked to your identity) to our leaderboard service, hosted on Google Cloud (USA). Dog names are displayed publicly on in-game leaderboards. Don't use your real name as your dog's name if you don't want it shown.

Advertising. The game shows ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may process device identifiers and ad-interaction data as an independent controller — see how Google uses data. In the EEA/UK/Switzerland you will be asked for consent before personalised ads are shown, and you can decline.

Usage statistics. The game may send anonymised gameplay events (levels played, features used) to Google Analytics to help us improve difficulty and stability. No profile is built about you.

Notifications. Optional local reminders are scheduled on your device only; nothing is sent to us. You can disable them in your system settings at any time.

What we don't do

No sale of data. No contact lists, location, camera, or microphone access. No tracking across other apps by us. No data knowingly collected from children beyond the anonymous data above.

Deletion & your rights

Uninstalling the game deletes all local data. To remove your leaderboard entries, email us the dog name you used and approximate play dates and we'll delete the records. EEA/UK/Swiss residents have the rights of access, rectification, erasure and complaint to a supervisory authority.
